This week, our small business was featured on WROC News 8, WETM 18 News, and Local SYR News after an exciting moment involving none other than Paris Hilton herself.
Paris Hilton purchased products from Mateo Beauty, and to our delight, she took to TikTok to comment on one of our videos. She expressed her excitement about using our products in her upcoming #BBA music video. But, just as she was preparing to include Mateo Beauty in this major project, tragedy struck. A devastating fire broke out on the set, destroying everything, including our products. Paris was heartbroken by the setback, but her enthusiasm and support for our brand have been an incredible boost for us.
The Power of a Celebrity Shoutout
Being a small, self-taught makeup artist and business owner, seeing someone as iconic as Paris Hilton engaging with our products has been surreal. Her genuine excitement before the fire means the world to us, and we’re grateful for her support. Even though the fire was a setback, the fact that she chose Mateo Beauty for her music video is a huge milestone.
